Is my information kept private?
Yes.  All information collected during the sales process is stored securely and will not be shared with any other person or company. This information will only be used for the purpose of providing you with the very best service.

The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If you have any questions/comments regarding your privacy you should contact us.

Is it safe to pay over the Internet?
Hamper Yourself does not handle all on-line payments directly.  You may choose to be directed to PayPal who manage on-line payments on our behalf. PayPal is a leading provider of secure on-line payments world-wide.  All exchange of information between Hamper Yourself and PayPal is encrypted.

What are my payment options?
For your convenience, Hamper Yourself offers you have the following payment options:

  • Pay through PayPal’s secure site with your credit or debit card
  • Pay over the phone or direct to us online with your Mastercard or Visa card.
  • Post a cheque or money order (please contact us to make arrangements and note that no gifts can be shipped until funds have cleared).

How long will it take for my hamper to be delivered?
If you require delivery on a particular day, for example in the case of a birthday, let us know and we will make every effort to ensure that delivery happens on the date you request.  Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.  If you need to give detailed information to the courier, such as where to deliver the basket if there is no one home, let us know. Please check our delivery policy for specific details.

What happens if my hamper arrives damaged?
Hamper Yourself takes every care to ensure that your gift arrives at its destination on time and in pristine condition.   Reputable couriers are employed to deliver your gifts, and refridgerated transport arranged where necessary.  However we cannot guarantee unforeseen situations such as damage or theft after delivery, or late delivery of your gift.  If your hamper arrives excessively damaged, please contact us for a replacement or a refund of your money based on the circumstances.

Do you deliver outside Australia?
Yes we do but you will have to contact our Office on +61359819123 for a quotation to freight the hamper.
