Terms and Conditions
At Hamper Yourself, we take pride in the quality of our products and we are dedicated to ensuring that we meet your expectations.
- If your order is defective in any way, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a credit, exchange, or full refund.
- Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging within 7 days of the time you receive your order.
- Returned items that have been used or removed from their original packaging will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.
- For your protection, we use a reputable shipping service such as Australia Post. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive damaged.
All food items, customized orders or personalized items are non-returnable.
All returns must receive prior authorization by e-mailing us through our contact form and requesting a Return Authorization. You will then receive a Return Authorization Number from us which must be included with your returned items. Refunds will not be issued on returns that do not include a valid Return Authorization Number.
Cancellations will only be accepted if we have not yet processed your order. (Note: Most orders are processed immediately upon receipt of your payment)
To process your order correctly, you must specify your delivery and contact details during checkout. Hamper Yourself cannot accept liability for missing or wrongly delivered orders as a result of inaccurate order details.
Please note we do not provide a Gift Order service. Contact details entered into the order form must be your own as our payment provider (PayPal) requires an email address to process payment receipts.
Any items that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Payments/Credit Card Security
The secure payment processor for Hamper Yourself is PayPal.
PayPal, a trusted leader in online payments, lets you send and receive money online quickly and securely. Over 78 million users have a PayPal account, and it’s accepted by merchants everywhere.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and your PayPal Account via PayPal’s secure server.
Shipping and Handling
All shipping rates will be determined using standard Australia Post ground rates. These rates are automatically added to your order when you select a P&H option. After your final order is confirmed including tax and shipping, you should then fill out your shipping address. All of our estimated delivery times are noted below.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred because of incorrect shipping information, so please take care when entering all information.
At this time we are only able to ship within Australia.
Orders are shipped from Dromana, Victoria (3936) as Regular Parcels by Australia Post.
Any Orders for delivery on the Mornington Peninsula will be free of Freight Charges and will be delivered by Hamperyourself staff. All of these deliveries will be left in as secluded place possible if the recipient is not at home at time of delivery and is at the purchasers risk

In order to protect the privacy of your personal information, all payments are handled by PayPal’s secure payment systems.
We may aggregate statistics regarding the general browsing history of the site for analysis purposes.
If you elect to signup for our mailing list, you agree to receive information from Hamper Yourself in regards to products and services that we and our partners provide.
We will never share your email address with anyone.
