What’s your product passion? I started cooking with my grandmother and learnt to make jams and chutneys using homegrown fruit and vegetables. Luckily, I inherited my grandma's hand-written recipe book and have adapted many of our current recipes from it. Now my ideal day is spent in the kitchen cooking jams, chutneys and pickles for BatchMade.

What does the Mornington Peninsula mean to you? The peninsula to me is like living in my ideal holiday spot - amazing beaches to walk on in the morning, the best food and wine producers and stunning countryside and ocean views wherever you go. I love it!
